Precise-Fire LLC will, in general, accept individuals for firearms training with the expectation that they are not legally prohibited from receiving or handling firearms in Delaware, any part of the United States of America or the World.

Precise-Fire LLC reserves the right to deny anyone firearms training for any reason at any time. If a student is denied training prior to a course beginning that student will receive a refund in full.

Clients who take part in a Rifle or Shotgun class must be 18 years of age or older.

Clients who take part in a Handgun class must be 21 years of age or older.

Precise-Fire LLC reserves the right to remove any student from a class in progress, at any point in the class. Students removed from a class will not be entitled to any refund.

Precise-Fire LLC will distribute all refunds via the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Children

Precise-Fire LLC welcomes minor children (under 18 for rifle or shotgun classes, and under 21 for handgun classes), who should be at least twelve years old.

Precise-Fire LLC requires that a parent or guardian registers for and participates in the class being taken by the minor child.

Precise-Fire LLC reserves the right to restrict a child's access to firearms based solely at the discretion of its owner and/or Instructors at any time during a class.

Precise-Fire LLC will, in the event that a minor child is removed from the class for any reason, require that the accompanying parent or guardian also leave the class. The parent or guardian will be encouraged to return and retake the class at a mutually agreed date at no extra charge.

Precise-Fire LLC does not offer discounted registration rates to minor children.
Special Needs
Precise-Fire LLC encourages any individual to learn to shoot. If your mobility is restricted or you have any concerns regarding your physical capabilities, please contact us.

"Women" - Please DO NOT book a class that involves live-fire if you are pregnant or nursing.
Medical & Rcreational Marijuana Use

Notwithstanding the accommodations provided in any state, marijuana remains a federally controlled substance. Accordingly, medical/recreational marijuana users may not take part in any Precise-Fire class.
